Please take the time to write your legislators on MRTA Blitz Day, Tuesday, February 12th. At this time, there are several bills we consider our "Issues of Importance"

I sincerely wish you a successful Legislative Session in 2019. Your work is so very important to the quality of life for all Missourians. I am a voter and taxpayer in your district. I am also a member of MRTA, Missouri Retired Teachers Association and Public School Personnel.
I respectfully ask that you review our 2019 MRTA Issues of Importance that are being personally delivered to your office and ask your consideration of our views on certain issues as of February 12th 2019. In particular, HB 864 Taylor R-139 which I strongly oppose. HB 864 would be detrimental to my retirement benefits and the financial health of the PSRS/PEERS system.
