Welcome to the Missouri Retired Teachers Association - Foundation!  MRTA - Foundation is the charitable arm of MRTA. MRTA-F exists to support and uplift those who dedicate their careers to shaping the minds & fostering a love for learning in our students. We offer grants to aid teachers in their love of learning.
